Recommended Usage
On First Use: For smaller areas such as a wrist or ankle, apply a minimum of 2 pumps. For larger areas such as hips or back, apply a minimum of 4 pumps. Massage in for 60 seconds or until fully absorbed.
After First Use: You may reduce the number of pumps per application to get the desired result. Reapply as needed.

Does this have THC in it?
